We're taking over a summer camp in the Berkshires for Memorial Day weekend for our wedding. 170 acres, one lake, lots of camp games, and everyone we love in cabins. Come hang!
The schedule
Three days at camp
We have people we love from all over that we don't get to spend nearly enough time with. So we decided to rent out a camp for the weekend. Everything is optional, even staying on site! No matter if you arrive Friday or Saturday, come join us at the lake.

Camp is open all weekend
All of this is open between meals on Friday and Saturday. Sign up for everything or sit by the lake the whole time.

Canoeing, sailing, kayaking, and the water trampoline.

Lodging
Where you'll be staying
Camp Lenox sleeps our whole group on site and we'd love for you to stay the full weekend. Lodging preferences get filled out on the pre-camp survey and we'll sort the rest. Staying on site is preferred so we get more time to hang out — but we completely understand if you'd rather book an Airbnb or hotel nearby. You'll still have access to the camp all weekend.

Cabins
There's a mix of shared cabins and single cabins. All of them have real beds, electricity, and bathrooms. Just bring yourself.
Option two
Hotels in Lee & Lenox
About 20–30 minutes away, with the widest range of hotels and inns in the area. Book early — it's a holiday weekend in the Berkshires and rooms go fast.
Option three
A rental on the lake
Otis and Becket are full of lake houses, and splitting one with friends often beats a hotel. Great Barrington is 30 minutes south if you want restaurants within walking distance.

Camp Lenox sits on Route 8, in the Berkshires. There's plenty of parking on site and you can leave a car overnight.

Getting around
We recommend renting a car
Ubers and Lyfts aren't reliable out here and there's no transit to camp. If you're flying in, rent a car or ride with someone who has one.
Airport shuttles
We may run vans
Depending on when and where everyone lands, we'll likely rent vans to shuttle people to and from the airport. We'll be in touch about timing closer to the weekend.
What to bring
Pack like it's camp
We'll be outside most of the weekend. It gets into the 70s in late May and drops to the 40s at night, so bring something warm.

FAQ
Do I have to stay the whole weekend?
No, but we'd love it if you did. Saturday goes by fast. Friday night and Sunday morning are when we'll actually get to see people.
Is the ceremony outside?
Yes, down by the lake. If it rains we'll move into the dining hall. We'll post any change here the morning of and tell you at check-in.
Is the pre-camp survey the same as the RSVP?
No. The survey is just so we can plan the weekend: what activities to staff and how many people to expect on site. The official invitation and RSVP will come later, and nothing you put in the survey locks you in.
Can I change my answers after I send them?
Yes. Fill the survey in again with the same email address and we'll go by your most recent answer.
What about food allergies?
There's a spot for them on the survey. The camp has professional kitchen staff who can handle most allergies and restrictions, but the more specific you are, the better they can plan.
Is there cell service and wifi?
Yes to both. There's cell service and wifi at camp.
What's the parking situation?
Free and on site. Leave your car overnight if you've been at the campfire.
